Mission Statement
Wil-Clair Sheet Metal, LLC, is committed to providing a highly trained, safe and managed workforce that is capable of generating a project from customer concept to product completion.

Safety
At Wil-Clair, we recognize and honor the importance of the worker. Our employees are the back bone of our metal industry. We have an environment conducive to their successful performance and maximum output.

Wil-Clair is a member of the SMACNA Kansas City- OSHA Partnership. This is an elite safety program, meeting the criteria of a work comp mod less than 1, an OSHA inspected walk thru of the premise, and continuously meeting the requirements to maintain the guidelines. Wil-Clair has upheld standards to achieve this OSHA Partnership consecutively for the past five years.

Training All have successfully completed four or five year Journeyman Apprentice Training Curriculum approved through ITI (International Training Institution) Welding certifications-pre requisite for employement-passed and certified meeting standards compatible to ITI Safety training-OSHA coursework Wil-Clair employees have attended safety standard orientations for six particular industries Facility Conditioned shop (heat and cool) for worker efficiency All compressed air and electrical drop cords are overhead Shop lighting to 14 lumen 10,000 square foot of manufacturing space with three overhead cranes: one in each bay for cost efficient production Report Card Current experience mod at .80 Lost work day rate is 0

E2 - Efficiency and Effectiveness
Wil-Clair mandates a work tolerance of 1/32nd of an inch (.03) to fit off the drawing so that the final installation is within assembly tolerance requirements. This standard is compliant to light gauge or ½” plate. Due to our rigorous guidelines in the formatting and building phases of a project, our installation time is set to a minimum. Our shop fabrication time is the emphasis of perfection. The more rigorous we are at adhering to our work tolerance, the less time we spend in the field, providing our customer with cost efficient savings. We strive to provide you with the best quality product with minimal interruption of your company production time.

Staying One Step Ahead/ Same for us, Same for you
Wil-Clair is constantly researching the latest in computer-aided equipment and machinery. In order for you to be “at the top” of your industry, we need to be at the top of ours. We work with the latest versions of CADD software such as Inventor and Mechanical Desktop allowing us to generate our OWN infinite number of layout patterns that are not standard. This link to machinery will further explain our capabilities. We also have the technological resources to adapt duct layouts into 3-dimensional viewing with our shop data software and can download directly to our high definition plasma cutter.
